- Your own personal Nail polish. It’s all yours, take it home with you.
- You can store your very own personal pedicure tools onsite. For only $25 a year, we will store, maintain, & autoclave all of your personal pedicure tools. Now you don’t have to worry about catching someone else’s coodies.
- Online Reservations – We strive to make everything easy.
- Private Rooms – Reserve a private room from two to seven people or reserve the whole store.
- Choose Your Experience; Sit in our "Entertain Me" section and watch quality television or try our "Relax Me" section and zone out in serenity.
WHY I STARTED POLISHED
I started Polished because YOU deserve a better nail spa experience than what is currently available.
There had to be a place where you could relax in a comforting & inviting environment but at price that was not out of this world.. A place where you felt confident about the hygiene.. A place where you weren’t treated like a number but as a valued customer who had a frictionless experience each and every time you visited.
Over a year ago, I noticed that a majority of the women I knew got their nails done at local salons that were undesirable . I also kept hearing in the news that certain spas were getting in trouble with state agencies because of poor hygiene. My fiancé and I have visited hundreds of spas since then and found that while there are some great technicians out there, many of the other elements of our experience were not acceptable. The level of service we received was wildly inconsistent. There was often a language barrier when we were greeted and no customer service. In addition, we always felt unsure of the establishments’ hygiene, the bad décor or the lack of premeditated interior design. At the other end of the spectrum we found that there were high-end stylish hotel spas out there, but these establishments were too expensive and often had inferior technicians. Therefore, Polished...

Hygiene
At Polished our #1 concern is Hygiene. We take the following procedures to ensure that all the necessary precautions are followed beyond state requirements.
- So Sterile. All of our tools are sterilized through the highest level of sterilization, autoclaving. Autoclaving is what doctors and dentists use to sterilize their tools, by heating them to extremely high temperatures to kill bacteria. Autoclaving is recommended by the AMA, FDA and EPA. Autoclaved tools are removed from a sterilized pouch immediately prior to their use.
- Kill Bacteria! All of our Pedicure chair bowls have Silver Nano particles, which kills 99.9% of bacteria on contact.
- No Pipes! All of the Jacuzzi’s in our bowls use pipeless technology which means that the water utilized is all new water. There are no unseen pipes that circulate old water with new water.
- Its mine! All customers have the option to store their very own pedicure tools onsite for an annual fee of $25. These implements will have your name on the box and will be maintained for you exclusively. That’s our Polished Promise!
- Wash your Hands! – All of our techs wash and sanitize their hands between every procedure.
- Clean Freaks! We are constantly washing down our surfaces with the same stuff hospitals use to sterilize their operating rooms.
Quality Manicures
All our technicians are licensed professionals and have had additional training to ensure that they provide consistent first class service. Unlike other spas, we provide all of our technicians equipment to ensure that they are sanitized and always of high quality. All of our procedures are done with the finest equipment under optimum lighting conditions.

Warm and Inviting Surroundings
IT'S QUIET. At Polished, there won't be any thoughtless chit-chat by the technicians floating through the air to disturb your experience. No technician will be talking on their cell phone while giving you a manicure/pedicure or laughing with her neighbor about a joke while polishing your toes. Of course, we offer soothing music and the option of watching television, but our entertainment options are designed to contribute to your experience rather than detract from it.
IT'S CHIC. Polished glows with bright colors, cutting edge design and the finest equipment. Thought and preparation went into the design of Polished to create a place where you could be comfortable, safe and happy. Our technicians are lovely and relaxed in soft beautiful yoga-like garments that reflect the colors of "Polished". We believe that this is just another way of making your environment more beautiful and relaxing. We want you to smile when you walk in the door, sigh as you leave and be eager to revisit.
The World
Green is our favorite nail color!
We are striving to be as harmonious with our planet as we possibly can. Our exquisite polishes contain no harmful chemicals-no Toluene, Formaldehyde or DBT! In fact the ingredients in all our products are scrutinized to ensure that they are both great for your skin and body and are environmentally friendly. At polished we care about the environment and are constantly looking for new ways to reduce our footprint, therefore, our bags are also made of re-cycled paper. We are making an effort to do our part, so here’s a brief summary of our efforts so far:
- We've tried to maximize our use of natural and organic ingredients where possible in the selection and making of our products.
- Our nail polish is formulated to be free of formaldehyde, toluene, and DBT (dibutyl phthalates).
- Our shopping bags are made with recycled material.
- We purchase 100% of our electrical energy from windpower.
